EmoSun là một nhân vật Mascot đại diện của Sun Life Việt Nam, EmoSun ra đời với mong muốn mang lại những cảm xúc tích cực và tràn đầy lạc quan đến tất cả mọi người.

Không chỉ dừng lại ở mục tiêu sáng tạo trong thiết kế, EmoSun sẽ xuất hiện với nhiều phiên bản khác nhau, ứng dụng linh hoạt trên nhiều nền tảng từ online đến offline, mang cá tính thương hiệu của Sun Life Việt Nam đến gần hơn với mọi người.

EmoSun is the official Mascot character of Sun Life Vietnam, created with the aim of bringing positive emotions and optimism to everyone.

Not only limited to creative design, EmoSun will appear in various versions, flexibly applied across different platforms, from online to offline, bringing the brand personality of Sun Life Vietnam closer to people.

Inspiration

Việt Nam có một nền văn hoá đặc sắc, lâu đời góp phần tạo nên bản sắc của con người Việt Nam, và Tiếng Việt ngày nay chính là một phương tiện để thể hiện rõ nét cho những bản sắc của dân tộc. Vị trí và vai trò của tiếng Việt trong đời sống - xã hội ở Việt Nam cũng như trên trường quốc tế ngày càng được khẳng định. Chính vì thế, tiếng Việt là môn học được giảng dạy trong tất cả các cấp học tại Việt Nam. Tiếng Việt là chất liệu của sự sáng tạo nghệ thuật ngôn từ; là công cụ nhận thức, tư duy của người Việt mang đậm dấu ấn đời sống của người dân Việt Nam. Vietnam boasts a rich and longstanding cultural heritage that contributes to the identity of the Vietnamese people, and the Vietnamese language today serves as a means to distinctly express the nation's characteristics. The position and role of the Vietnamese language in Vietnam's social life as well as on the international stage are increasingly affirmed. Therefore, Vietnamese is taught at all levels of education in Vietnam. Vietnamese serves as the material for artistic linguistic creativity; it is the tool for cognition and thought of the Vietnamese people, deeply embedded in their daily lives. Vietnamese is also the primary and essential means of communication in Vietnam. It is not only used in daily communication but also in discussions regarding politics, economics, culture, education, military affairs, and more.

Lấy cảm hứng từ tình yêu với tiếng Việt, từ những dấu thanh và ký tự "O" trong tiếng Việt, nhân vật EmoSun được sinh ra với tạo hình và đặc điểm mang tinh thần Việt nhưng vẫn thể hiện được tính đương đại, thân thiện và độc đáo.

Inspired by a love for the Vietnamese language, and from the accents and the character "O" in Vietnamese, the mascot EmoSun is born with a structure and characteristics that strongly reflect Vietnamese essence while still showcasing contemporary, friendly, and unique qualities.

Design Concept

Mặt Trời Yêu "Dấu" - Là Concept thiết kế chủ đạo của nhân vật EmoSun, bằng cách chơi chữ kết hợp hình tượng mặt trời và tình yêu đối với tiếng Việt thông qua các dấu câu, Concept đã thể hiện được nét duyên dáng, ẩn dụ khi lồng ghép hai ý nghĩa này với nhau cả về ngôn từ lẫn hình ảnh.

Từ Concept trên, mượn hình ảnh tiếng Việt với đặc trưng là phần dấu câu để hình thành đường nét thiết kế chủ đạo cho Mascot EmoSun, Cấu trúc chữ O có đường nét tròn tạo sự liên tưởng đến hình ảnh mặt trời của Sun Life

Tiếng Việt với phần dấu câu đặc trưng tạo nên nét đặc biệt cho Tiếng Việt, những dấu câu này chính là các yếu tố trang trí độc đáo cho Mascot EmoSun, tạo nên tính cảm xúc thông qua ý nghĩa cảm thán từ các câu chữ thêm dấu này.

Mặt Trời Yêu "Dấu" - This is the main design concept of the EmoSun mascot, playing with words by combining the imagery of the sun and love for the Vietnamese language through punctuation marks. The concept successfully captures charm and metaphor by intertwining these two meanings in both language and imagery.

From this concept, borrowing the imagery of the Vietnamese language with its distinctive punctuation marks to form the main design lines for the EmoSun mascot, the structure of the letter "O" with its circular lines evokes the image of the sun from Sun Life.

Vietnamese with its distinctive punctuation marks creates a special feature for the language, these punctuation marks serve as unique decorative elements for the EmoSun mascot, evoking emotions through the expressive meaning conveyed by these additional punctuation marks.

EmoSun - Naming

Tên gọi của nhân vật Mascot là “EmoSun” được tạo ra bằng nghệ thuật chơi chữ, là sự kết hợp của 2 từ “Emotion” + “Sun” để diễn tả cho cảm xúc của mặt trời thông qua các từ ngữ cảm thán khi đi kèm với bộ dấu câu của tiếng Việt.

The name of the mascot is "EmoSun" created through wordplay, combining the words "Emotion" + "Sun" to describe the emotions of the sun through exclamatory words when accompanied by Vietnamese punctuation marks.

Nhân vật Mascot EmoSun còn thể hiện được đặc tính đương đại - "Lifestyle" của mình thông qua các ứng dụng đa dạng linh hoạt trong nhiều ngữ cảnh khác nhau, từ những ấn phẩm quà tặng khách hàng, đến những vật phẩm lưu hành nội bộ, sản phẩm mô hình, gấu bông... và còn hiển thị đa dạng trên những ứng dụng nền tảng kỹ thuật số như Sticker, Emoji, Video, Social Media...
